Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in with no appointment and they helped immediately. They spent a long time looking into the issue, gave me all my options, and did not pressure me into any decision. I really felt as though they were there to help in any way they could!

We bring all 3 of our vehicles here and they always do fantastic work. Dane is excellent—he always shoots it straight and gives honest advice. The entire staff is incredibly kind. I usually hang out in the lobby with my kids while they work, but I love that Dane always gives me a heads-up if a job will take 3+ hours so I can plan a drop-off instead. Exceptional customer service! We won't go anywhere else!

You’re better off going to the mom and pop auto shops around here they’re wayy more upfront with you and give less vague answers than this spot. Their coupon vouchers are bs and pretty just there on the website to get you in the door. The staff here are friendly though.

Came through Firestone today to get some work done on my thermostat and sensor. Wonderful energy and got me in and out. First time here so my first time review. I will be back as long as service stays great. Thanks firestone

Love this place! Came here with rattle sound under rare passenger seats. I was thinking the worst and am in Minnesota with -15° temps. Turned out to be a fine of lodged ice which they cleared out for me and sent me on my way. Dave was the gentleman that talked me through it all giving me peace of mind. Good guy! Excellent place! Love them!
